• Clear product images

• Shipping label image

Without proper proof, return or replacement requests may not be approved.

6. Do you accept returns?

• Missing product parts

Returns for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect expectations are not accepted.

7. Is an unboxing video mandatory?

Yes. A complete unboxing video is required for any damaged, wrong, or missing item claim.
